How do I get my username and password?
Giganews will send you an email that includes your username, password, instructions, and other information which you will receive within one hour after you have completed the signup form. This email is called a "Startup Kit".
Aggressive spam filters may block this email, so be sure that giganews.com is a trusted sender in your email application.
If you don't receive your Startup Kit, first check your trash or spam folders to ensure the email wasn't automatically discarded. If the Startup Kit simply hasn't arrived, you can contact member support at http://www.giganews.com/contact.html and our support staff will assist you in having another Startup Kit sent to you via email.

Thanks for all the help from everyone at Giganews Newsgroups. I sure wish I could get this kind of service from other companies.
I have had no problems with the Giganews Usenet service ever, including your billing. You people are doing a good job in servicing your existing customers. Too many companies today are only focused on new business and they fail to service their existing clients.
