Switching Usenet Traffic Ports with Microsoft Outlook Express
1. At the top of the window, click on "Tools" and then click "Accounts…"
2. In the window that appears, select "news.giganews.com" and click the "Properties" button to the left.
3. Click on the "Advanced" tab. The first option will allow you to specify the port to use. Once you've changed the port, click "OK".
