Limiting Newsgroup Header Downloads with Microsoft Outlook Express
1. At the top of the window, click on the "Tools" menu and select "Options…"
2. In the window that appears, click on the "Read" tab. In the "News" section, check the box for the option "Get X headers at a time". The default number of 1,000 headers should be sufficient. Click "OK" when finished.
