Configuring Newsbin Pro for the Giganews Accelerator™ Program
1. Click the "Servers…" button near the top of the window.
2. In the window that appears, remove the address in the "Server Address:" field and replace it with "localhost" (without quotation marks). Click "OK" when finished.

I have had no problems with the Giganews Usenet service ever, including your billing. You people are doing a good job in servicing your existing customers. Too many companies today are only focused on new business and they fail to service their existing clients.
