07/1/2009

Giganews, Inc., the world's foremost premium Usenet provider, today announced the launch of their Brazilian Portuguese website. The new website brings Giganews a step closer to offering information and account management in a total of nine languages.

The Portuguese website provides extensive information about Giganews® Usenet. It also enables subscribers to sign-up and manage their Giganews Usenet accounts online. More translations will follow in 2009.

"We are extremely excited to bring Giganews Usenet to the Brazilian market. We had great success at Futurecomm and Campus Party 2009, so we know that the Brazilian people welcome better access to the powerful community of Giganews Usenet," said Elizabeth Kintzele, Director of Sales and Affiliate Marketing at Giganews. Futurecomm is the largest Telecommunications and Information Technology conference in Latin America. Campus Party is an annual, week-long high-speed Internet party for students, held in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Giganews will always receive high marks from me. I personally will never propose or suggest to a friend any Usenet newsgroups company other than Giganews.
